ECS Stage 1 fuel install

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone that has installed this kit had to increase the length of the power wire to the rear of the alternator?
im attempting to install the kit today but there is no way the cable will reach from the relay at the rear quarter to the alternator.
Am I doing something completely wrong or did you have to extend the wire or install it in a different location?

I installed the relay on the frame up front underneath my meth pump, below the washer tank and then just ran the wire back to the pump. Didn't have to expend anything.

^^^ That is how it is intended to run, no lengthening is required.

Sorry guys, I had a mad moment. My alternator has been flipped and relocated which is why it wouldn’t reach.
move got so used to it that completely forgot I moved it from stock position.
