From what I’ve been told it’s anything above 1k, but depending on heat from boost it could be used below that just for reassurance. It’s still a stainless valve it just has the inconel properties embedded into it so it’s still a heavy valve.
Inconel is decently heavier than a steel valve. I wouldn't even consider it unless steel valves were going to let you down or under perform in some way.
Unless you are going to making ALOT of power and heat they aren't really needed. Something like a big power blower/turbo setup or a big n2o setup especially. Obviously they are better than SS but ehat really helps to not burn upp valves is proper valve seating. A good seat and bowl job would be advised as well./
