So finally broke my clutch in and all that jazz. Car originally made high 5’s with LTs and a V3Si on 7lbs (3.8 pulley)
New setup, D1SC with A&A bracket, Flip drive, IW 10% OD, 3.8 upper pulley, BTR Centri Cam (older version). E85 and a home made A&A style secondary fuel system. FIC1000 injectors. And of course all the supporting stuff, head studs, oil pump, RXT clutch etc.
60% E content. IATs in the 180s (after many back to back pulls and the dyno fans weren’t the best) Started to max the injectors. But here are the results. Only getting 11 degrees of timing up too because of the IAT.
I really wanted 8’s. And I’m sure I can get there with bigger injectors and cooler IATs. But the midrange is insane. And the TQ curve is 👌🏻
One of the best street blowers out there. Throw some meth on there even when you get bigger injectors.
I really wanted to be in the 800s, like you. Probably go with a 3.7 upper next, after injectors. Only hit 14.6lb of boost. Could possibly be getting belt slip. Is there any way to tell if you are?
