Is your fuel system up to the task is question 1. Can your pump and injectors support the additional fuel requirement? What do your tune logs shown for injector duty cycle? Yes, you can make more power assuming everything is up to the the task. Make sure your tuner is very good with flex fuel and you locate the sensor where it sees constant STEADY pressure.

Interested to know why it would be harder on the engine to burn corn.

Thanks!

Definitely worth it, but we will most likely have to make that a stg 2 fuel system. (boost refenced regulator, return, and stock fuel pressure regulator block offs)

I think you'll need bigger injectors too.

I gain 91 WHP from CA crappy 91 as compared to E85, with no Meth (Cordes Performance Racing, AZ). I think E85 is safer for the engine (E85 low BTU's requires a LOT of fuel), keeping the induction/combustion chambers cooler. However the added load on the bottom end will increase. But you'll be octane fat...

As mentioned, fuel system will be required to move a lot more volume...if you use the DSX flex fuel, it can be ran on either
