Ecs kit tensioner alignment

Ecs kit tensioner alignment
Which do you turn to help angle the tensioner for alignment ? My belt keeps jumping ribs
away from the motor

it probably isn't the tensioner. its probably one of the other pulleys causing the issue. you need to get a laser alignment tool to find the problem

Possibly, but 99% of the time with ecs is tensioner alignment

there are numerous threads on this page with people that have had this issue. can't remember reading one that the tensioner alignment was the issue.

Mine was jumping and 100% was the tensioner alignment pushing it. Laser aligned and adjusted and no issues after.
Op, you adjust the nut in the middle. I do recommend the laser alignment tool to verify

get in touch with ECS. they been on here maney time they are on here helping people with the tensioner anglement.

you can do it with straight edges. my blower pulley needed a different spacer. get a flanged blower pulley as well.
