I’m getting ready to do a stroker bottom end and YSI blower. Right now my fuel system are aftermarket rails, 100lb injectors and a Walbro 450 pump which is clearly not going to cut it. I’m running a Holley Terminator ecu so I have a lot of inputs and tuning capabilities. I’m curious what you guys are using for 800+hp. I’ve looked at the A&A kit but not crazy about drilling into the tank.
It's either run a Fore setup with multiple in-tank pumps.
Or have an auxiliary setup like what A&A or ECS offers. Since you already have a 450 in-tank.. You could tap into tank how A&A does it or using the larger bulkhead from ECS and run a nice external pump that only comes on with boost. A 450 along with a nice external pump, along with stock feed and 8an feed from external and 8an return line, would be enough fuel for 1000+ on e85 if needed.

Cons, the A&A kit comes with a regulator but nothing to block off the OEM internal regulator, so unless you want to lower your fuel pressure from stock it's completely useless and adds hoses in the car that are not needed. Also just stabbing a fitting into the gas tank is not the correct way to do any fuel system under any circumstance unless this was redesigned recently. I honestly can't believe it's still made this way and that I'm the only one who calls them out on it.
For your power level, although I am biased, our Stage 1 fuel system is the best answer. It includes a proper tank connection that does not require lowering the tanks while having a fuel sock in the tank so debris is not put through the pump. We have these for both pump and E85 applications. Simple, effective, and proven for many years now. https://eastcoastsupercharging.com/?...&sku=1&ixwps=1
The Fore twin is a very nice set up but costly, on 1200hp builds on up we use the Fore system usually.
I bought my supercharged c6 from a forum member that had the A&A dual fuel system on it. Worked great until both the pumps stopped pumping. The A&A dual fuel system uses a Holley 12-1600 pump. The earlier kits (my kit was purchased March 2021 per receipt from previous owner) have a potential failure point in the pumps themselves where the coupler that connects the electric motor to the gerotor in the pump housing will slide off the shaft part way and stop spinning the gerotor. This happened to both pumps in my dual pump kit during a pull and I'm glad I had the sense to get out of the throttle the instant the car felt down on power. The newer kits are supposed to have an aluminum coupler that solves the problem.
I replaced the pumps inside the holley housing with some racetronix units and they've been perfect and are actually rated for 100% ethanol and street use unlike the holley pumps. The system works fine and in theory should be good for more power than I will likely ever make with the car.
Only thing I don't like now is what Doug mentioned about the fitting going directly into the tank. The ESC bulkhead looks much nicer in that regard.
