**NEW** OEM fit Hurst Engraved Shifter Ball (pics)
IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP
New carbon fiber ball 2" dia
Thanks to Gibson_L5 for the idea, OEM fit and finish 1.5" lower than stock and it holds the boot at the bottom of the ball, sorry no in car pictures yet. $99
Fits better than OEM and eliminates the rattle
It's a first and they are in full production and in stock. 6spd Hurst shift ball that installs on the OEM shifter and retains the OEM mount and boot lip. As many know the OEM shifter has a unique mount (no threads a slot on top and a screw to secure it). As with most things I do, the word universal is not in my book. Using a custom billet insert and a Hurst 6spd ball I made a **** that fits the same as OEM but is what many have been asking for, a ball. A nice added benifit is the height of the ball is lower by 1.5".
In the design, two things were critical, mounts using OEM hardware and that the shift boot would have a place to be secured. Any universal set screw **** would leave your boot flopping around in the breeze. So I went out and had a custom billet mount made that will come mated to the ball and fit your oem shifter like it was oem.
They can be white or black and a few new color options. No trade in needed
$89.00
They are now on my site (under shift ***** bottom of that page) www.nakidparts.com
New options
White
Black
Even playing around with the
Very simple install
Some new custom work

Oh, this looks nice!
Couple questions:
- does this actually change the feel of the shift like a short shifter would?
- Ed, would you mind telling me which leather boot / ebrake handle / cover are on those pics?
Thanks.

Any chance of an ETA on the one I ordered from your site a couple days ago, has it shipped yet? I paid with Paypal.
