who handles warranty issues? will any optima retailer do it or is it you only? great price btw.
If there's an issue, most of our customers swap it with a local retailer. The part goes back to Optima at no expense to the local retailer. If that doesn't work for you, it will have to be shipped back to us at your expense for testing. At that time, a replacement will be sent to you or a refund will be issued. This has been extremely rare in our experience and should be of little concern. All batteries are new and stay on our shelf for no more than a week before they are sold out.
