Default Testing the waters 08 Rolling Chassis

I have an 08 Coupe that I am deciding whether to put back together or part out. A lot would depend on how much the rolling chassis would bring. Then I could figure out how much the rest of the car can bring.

With Vette prices down at least for the winter this one is probably worth more dead than alive as so many are.

For this test I would only be interested in hearing about the chassis and no request for any other parts.

The car has 1500 miles on it so it still like new. No damage to the driveline what so ever.

LS3 A6 2.56 rear.

Too much depends on your definition of chassis (just driveline and suspension or also with the frame minus the bolt on panels and glass) and whether it has a Salvage Title already.

It would start at this stage then anyother parts would be negotiable.

This one pictured is an LS2 whereas mine is an LS3 A6 base suspension, etc...

This pic belongs to Cleveland pick a part used without permission.

Just drivetrain and suspension then, no frame or body parts. Here's a free TTT for you.

This is the part I am getting the feelers on before parting out. I know the drivetrain goes through cycles of demand. If the drivetrain won't bring enough then I will rebuild rather than part out.

But the entire car/parts would be available.

The last one of these I saw from CPAP was listed for $17,500. If they're getting that for them, maybe you could sell it to them for 10 to 12K.

Dibs on the dash assembly if it comes available.

That is the rough amount I would have to get for the complete driveline to make it worth the effort to part out. I think CPAP usually gets what they ask from what I've seen.

I will let you know if the dash assembly becomes available. I sure haven't seen any lately.

Default 08 Rolling Chassis Complete

I am getting too frustrated with my body shop (impound) if you will. I can no longer trust them to fabricate my 69 camaro to accept this so I will just buy the DSE setup. Anyhow, rather than use this setup that I bought 2 years ago I will be selling it. It has 32k miles on it and is complete. Front and Rear subframes, sway bars, control arms, torque tube, complete engine, automatic 6 speed trans, brakes, wheels and tires, etc and exhaust. This is not a z06 setup. I will take 10k obo for this setup. It is from a C6 2008. I will ship once it has been paid for. It will go on a car carrier. It is located in Augusta GA. Please spare me with the low ball offers. I will provide a bill of sale on this item. Please check my feedback. I am working on getting pictures but its at the body shop but it looks just like the above pic but has no fuel tanks. Thanks, PM me if I can help. Otherwise I will think about parting it out.
