Magnaflow Catback muffler part #14335 $225 *Lowered Price*
I just took these off my 2005 C6 A4 vert. I replaced them with stock mufflers. They are part #14335 Magnaflow stainless polished mufflers.
They sounded great with barely any drone and a nice rumble. When I added some long tube headers with catted x pipes they became way too loud for my old ears.
These are 2 1/2" in and 2 1/2" out. Because this setup includes the over-the-axle pipe, you don't have to touch your stock set-up. Just remove your mufflers and pipes and install these. To return to stock, just do the reverse!
The tips and mufflers are in perfect shape as are the hangers. The very ends of the 2 1/2" over the axle pipes needs to be cleaned up at the muffler shop.
This set up cost me over $450 new with the labor of the install and the welding.

I removed them on 3/2/2010. They were too loud for me after I installed my Long tube headers with hi- flow cats and an x-pipe. They were perfect before then.
Shipping via UPS and having them pack it is $100 to CA. So anywhere else from me (FL, 33437) should be close to that. If your local, you could save the shipping costs.

When crusing at 75-80 MPH can you hear the exhaust or is the air noise about all that can be heard?
Wife must be kept happy on trips!
I live in Suwanee, GA, zip 30024. Could you please determine the shipping?
Thanks

I loved this setup until I added headers and hi flow cats then it was too loud.
I'm gonna leave shipping at $100 because I don't think it will be a whole lot less.

I have the same setup on my C6 (05 m6 coupe). I also have long tubes, high flow cats, and mild cam (228/232 on 115). I actually don’t think it is that loud. I think it sounds just right for what a corvette “should” sound like. I wonder if it sounds different on an A4. Me wife says it is loud too. The cam caused me more of a slight drone when in 6th gear doing 65. To fix that, I just go faster…haha.

Jeff you followed in my footsteps, these are great with stock manifolds, but way too loud on the highway with headers.
So if things go as they go, you should be calling Roger for 4:10 gears and a cam any time now!
