It is used, it was removed from my buddies car that he decided to turn his car in to an hpde car so he no lo get needed it. He is actually the mecanic at Horse Power Sales and before he removed it it was making about 800HP at the wheels with his setup. I bought it from him in the anticipation to put a supercharger on my car but I have since changed my mind only do to the cost. I will need to upgrade my auto transmission + the supercharger + wider rims and tires. I am already pushing 565HP to the ground on all motor and my tranny is starting to slip as it is, so the cost of putting a supercharger just went from about 8k to 16k for me. This is the only resson Ive decided to sell. Also it is a Horse Power Sales kit and it does come with the regulator and controller.
