The reinforcement is to keeps the bumper in place.. Your splitter will be fine.. the problem will be when your splitter pulls your bumper down, you are going to run the splitter to the ground and break it... maybe even damage your bumper. We sold a bumper reinforcement to a customer with a base and he modified it to make it work.. I don't know if maybe any one here on the forum can give you some advise

I ordered my splitter on December 18th, got a fedex tracking number on 12/30 and it still has not shipped! Reason I ordered was due to the fact you said it was in stock!
What's the reason for the delay? Why send tracking numbers when you aren't close to shipping? I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of parts online and have never run into this!

My order was 2310. Not worried I won't get it, I don't like getting BS'ed and lied to about item being in stock. If it was a special custom order fine, not for something that they said was available. Even if it ships tomorrow, it will take a week to get to NY, so a month to receive something that's was in stock.

My order was 2310. Not worried I won't get it, I don't like getting BS'ed and lied to about item being in stock. If it was a special custom order fine, not for something that they said was available. Even if it ships tomorrow, it will take a week to get to NY, so a month to receive something that's was in stock.

We closed down for the holidays and it caused some delays and orders to get held at our factory that should have been shipped. This was 100% our fault and we are taking measures so we dont have any more mixups. We also just appointed Loyddi to our shipping manager position to help streamline our operation.
