All you need is spark plug non fouler. Can be bought at autozone. Part number 42009. They come in pairs. Use 1/2 drill bit to drill out hole so it's large enough to fit o2 sensor. Thread fouler onto o2 then fouler into exhaust. Done. 10$ and hours time.

No decent tuner is going to charge you that much just to turn those off. The credits are maybe $100 so I could see $!50.

The foulers may work.
