They are just over $40 from dealer or Cultrag and that's ridiculous for a small plastic part considering the entire driver's seat plastic trim side piece was $8.

So I'm looking to buy a console lid latch on the cheap. If anyone has one that is broken that would possibly work as long as all of the pieces are there and would hold together temporarily with glue. If I get a broken one, I could make a silicon mold and then cast it. Once I have the mold, casting them cheaply is possible.

I have an entire lid for 40 shipped, and I'll have it in tomorrow's delivery.

I was gonna recover it but sourced a whole new interior in ebony instead. You could cannibalizes it and save the rest or send it off to be done up custom.

Do you actually have the latch there or is that just the lid? Most often the lid is sold separate from the assembly that retains the latch.

I know someone who will print one with a 3d printer in different colors. He made me 1 in grey and one in black. Held up great.
