FS: T&D LS7 1.8 Shaft Mount Rockers
#23
I'm currently making 600rwhp with ported oem heads utilizing factory rockers with the trunion upgrade from Comp. After installing a BTR4 I noticed an increase in valve train nose from the rockers, build has about 2k miles on it and I've checked the TQ specs on the rockers at 1k and again recently just to make sure I did everything correctly, will swapping over to a setup like TD eliminate to audible valve train noise or is what I'm experiencing normal because of my cam specs? Also, what is side load? Thanks

Melting Slicks
Side load is just that there is a rocker offset from the center of the rocker shaft to meet the offset position of the exhaust valves, on the factory rocker the tips that has the same shaft width.
(The intake valve rocker tips are positioned straight out the center of the rocker shaft)
On the T&D Machine rocker set the exhaust rocker shaft is wider (as visible on the T&D rockers picture) to offset the side load.
