Are these not 100% cabon fiber? I need to replace my passenger extended side skirt, but mine are from CF Kits. Unfortunately, they are not responding to any messages. Looks like I may have to purchase a complete set elsewhere, but I was hoping to find 100% CF just like CF Kits offers .

Thanks for the inquiry, our Carbon Fiber products are made with 100% authentic Carbon Fiber top layer; 2x2 twill cross weave pattern. The Carbon Fiber layer is reinforced with fiberglass back layers for extra strength. The side skirts are made with a vacuum bagging system for a light weight and very durable construction.
The exposed Carbon Fiber surface is slightly darkened with black tint, then sprayed with UV clear coat and polished for a beautiful gloss finish, ready to install!

The black tint process in our CF products is mainly to help bring the Carbon Fiber shade lean more towards a black shade instead of the grey-ish color or shade that the standard Carbon finish has, while still maintaining and even enriching that beautiful Carbon Fiber weave texture that particularly pops when light hits on the surface. We do our best to convey this visual richness through our images but still doesn't compare to seeing them in person
