Is it correct that Carbon Flash is the name of a painted coating

Thanks for the questions, the skirt is original to the car.
The carbon flash is what I understand to be the paint

Mine is Carbon flash..I believe yours has the blue tint paint on the anniversary editions. not sure the correct name of that paint
