Is this a local sale only or $350+ shipping quote?

I own a 2006 Z51 and my gumby wheels are peeling from corrosion.
Am located in Georgia 31407.
Also curious about the date codes on the tires.

Thank you. Tires for me expire around 5 years on cars with our horsepower. Would not want ask you to dismount them given the time that would take plus the shipping across country.
