C6 air bag clips or a broken clockspring with air bag connectors
I managed to break one of the little CPA connectors that lock the air bag plug connector in place and it turns out the car is smart enough to notice…. Anyone have any of the little locks or even a broken clock spring assy would have them, they are the orange locks shown here,

problem solved I hope, saw another thread with the GM p/n for just the clips, GM part # 88988974. F-retaining clip in case anyone finds this thread later. Ordered mine today.
