While scanning with HPtuners, I noticed that the throttle position is never more than 88%. Anyone know what the deal is? I did check to see if the carpet was bunching up under the pedal but....nope..lol.
Anyway, is this a fluke with the software or is it really not opening?

Sorry to take so long to respond to your post. I knew that your info is correct, but I wanted to confirm it again. I finally got around to plugging in my Predator and logging some data.
First, before starting the engine, the ATP (Absolute Throttle Position) indicated something like 24%. After start, at idle, it was 18.xx%.
Once I drove for a while and got the car warmed up, the idle ATP indicated 16.86%, which is what I had remembered from previous data logging runs. If I slowed down and kind of lugged the car and the RPM got down a little below normal idle (I've got the MN6), the ATP got down to 15.xx%. I think my Predator custom tune has the idle up 50 RPM above stock. I'm not sure, but it looks like the idle ATP has something to do with RPM or whether the car is warmed up or not.
At WOT, the Predator showed a max ATP of 88.24%.
Also, take a look at post#2 from this old thread from Feb this year. I don't know what software the poster used, but he has a nice graph of some data, and he makes a reference to WOT being an ATP of 88%.
Old Thread
It's kinda curious, but it looks like min ATP is around 16% and max is 88% - you sure would think it would be 0% to 100%.
So....You're Lloyds mat wasn't bunched up under your accelerator!!!

From HPTuners Forum....
You want to watch the following PID:
etc position (%), not ETC Position 1
This is instead of TPS Position %. My guess is that the TPS position % is the ratio of TPS position voltage over the max. voltage of TPS.

Yeah mine only seems to go to 84%... I will check out the PID as well.
Spin your PM box is full- I sent you an email.

WOT is read as 88% TPS on the scanner, it's just a number and it is what they all read. It will idle around 15 to 20% depending on the size of the motor/cam/idle speed as it varies with idle airflow needed. If you want to know what your pedal is doing then you need to read ETC pedal position, it will read from 0 to 100%.
