They (Diablo forum) told me it does, but only a little. Easy to go in--which I did, and adjust them yourself. I turned to 50% over 200 and 99% at just under 220. Never have gotten that hot, but seems like a good thing to do.

It's very easy to change them yourself. My car was running 220-225 in traffic with the ambient air temp at 90+. Since adjusting the fans, coolant temp has not gone over 210, even in 98 degree weather. A 15 degree drop just adjusting the fans is 
My fan adjustments are approximately:
192 = stock setting
198 = 30%
205 = 50%
210 = 80%
>210 = full tilt boogie
