You will need to download software to support data analysis and firmware/software revisions from the Diablosport website. Once on the website click on the tab entitled "support" then click on "downloads" this will take you to a page where you can select your Predator model from a drop down menu. This will take you to the specific programs and revisons for use with the U7194. Also, you may want to also download the DSlogredux from www.dslogredux.com. Its a free program developed by a couple of great guys that have freely given loads of their own time and effort helping Predator owners. You may have seen MonteSS on this forum. He's one of the guys. Your U7194 has limited internal memory for logging so to do it most effectively you will need a laptop.

I suggest that you join the Diablosport forum. There's a ton of information ("stickies" and specific posts) that discuss how to use the software, log data, transfer files, etc. I usually print them out and keep them in a folder for easy future reference. You can also find issues related to the U7194 on this forum. There's good information there particularly with respect to how to ensure communication between your Predator and your PC. Seems to be issues associated with COM port speed. One thing to remember - when ever you update your Predator you have to first restore your stock tune, update the Predator, then reinstally the new tune. I usually print them out and keep them in a folder for easy future reference. You can also find issues related to the U7194 on this forum.

If you are just going to stay with the canned Predator tunes, you likely will only be using the software to update your Predator. However, based on what revisions changes are actually made, sometimes you don't really have to stay "current" on the revisions as they may not affect the LS2.

Hope this helps a little.

Thanks C6cmnthru!

stocksuspension - re: "adjusting TM" as you mentioned... the torque management is removed in the tunes, from the engine side of things. There is currently no TCM support for you predator/vehicle, so there are no tranny adjustments.

and before you start making adjustments, do as C6cmnthru said - go to diablosport's site, read the info about doing data logs, etc etc...

you don't want to just start making adjustments blindly - need to get some data first to see what your car is actually doing.
