Differences between SAE Correction Factor & STD Correction Factor
What is (are) the difference(s) between the STD Correction Factor & the SAE Correction Factor? Does one dyno higher or lower RWHP & RWTQ #'s on a Dynojet Dyno? How about on other types of dynos?

The SAE and STD standards are two different temp/pressure conditions that can each be used to correct power ratings. The SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) standard is a lower temp that results in about 4% lower corrected numbers than STD correction.
They are not interchangeable. If you're going to compare two different runs on the same dyno, they must both be corrected to the same standard. Comparing between two different brands of dynos (even if both are corrected to SAE standard) opens the door for even more speculation; which can be its own can of worms.

Good info i didn't know there were different standards being used on current dynos
So which correction factior should I call for to get the most accurate results on a Dynojet dyno?
its about 50/50 on what shops use. the main key factor is that all your runs you ever make are on the same dyno with the same correction factor. if you do that it will always show you the correct gains you are getting. you cannt do one run in STD and then the next in SAE or the other way around because it wont be a accurate reading in gains or losses. Just alwasy stick with the same one that you use from your first pull
