hey guy's
I know this topic has been exhausted (no pun intended) but i have just picked up my new 09 z and man,have I got to get rid of the 1-4 skip shift. I have efi live software on my laptop and I am hoping one of you tuners out there can just point me in the right direction for tuning out this annoying little gadget. I have some experience with efi but I am having trouble aquiring the tcm program from the car.I have already pulled the ecm program without issue but I am having trouble with the tcm as in........... I can't even find it to download it to the laptop. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

the setting would be in the ECM part of the tune, not the tcm...
look for the CAGS parameter (Computer Aided Gear Selection)... that's the one for the "skip shift"...
