I'm considering switching to E85 on a 468 solid roller LS7. I am currently running 65lb fast injectors and they max out at 55% duty at wot. Will they be sufficient for E85 or will I need to go with something bigger?
What do you like and what do you mean by fully characterize? Sorry for the all the questions, but I'm just starting to learn about tuning.
We are going to have to hook up sometime, I'm just down the road in Columbia. We are building a manufacturing facility just north of STL that will be done in December, and I have left some room for a Dyno.
The FAST injectors don't have short pulse adder or voltage offset information available. I prefer using injectors that have all of this available. It helps out with really low pulse widths and cranking conditions. Can you make other injectors work without this information? Absolutely. I'm just a stickler for accuracy.
