OBD2 code reader

Hey guys,
I live over in the C3 forum.

I am looking to buy an OBD2 code reader. There are too many options out there and I am not sure which one to buy. Can someone make a few reasonably priced ones?

I am looking for something under $200

I also have a 2007 Honda. I would like something that will work for both cars.

How do you use this? Scan using the device and then plugging the device on a PC?

How does this compare to one of the Eqqus hand held systems?

Are you looking for nothing more than the ability to scan OBDII codes? If so there are low dollar cheap crappy ones on ebay which work great for that.
