As mentioned, run the Diablo Tune with the best 93 octane you can get
From what i know from researching and reading everything about the predator the DIABLO TUNE IS 93 THAT IS THE ONE YOU WOULD LOAD IF YOU WANT TO RUN 93 OCTANE IN THE CAR. I forgot to mention if your car is an automatic you can make some tranny adjustments.
Here are a few other things you can do with the predator.
-Raise the shift points to from 6200 to 6400 rpm
-Lower the Fan Settings for a 180 t-stat
-Use the throttle boost feature
-Engine monitoring
-Reset the transmission adaptives
uhhh, no... no tcm/tranny adjustments available via the 7191/7194 model predators for the 2005+ vettes...
no to the throttle boost - that is a dodge/chrysler-only thing... GM's don't have the issue those do / don't need it...
no tcm/tranny support, so no resetting tranny adaptives...
can't change fan temps.. only the % power that they run at, starting at 192*...

but other than that, you're spot on...
if i only had the nerves to play with predator.. I really want a custom tune but i still have warranty up to 100,000 miles...if i can get buy without having the dealership knowing i would pull the trigger. i just purchased a VOLANT COLD AIR>>BUT kind of affraid to cut my shroud.

no dealer issues with your 2010 vette... as long as you "restore original backup" to the car before going to the dealer, you'll be fine...
