Ignition On
Is there anywhere where I can find, in writing, the process to get the vette's ignition on without starting the engine? I know you just hold the button down for a few seconds but I am trying to find somewhere where I can find the procedure for it.

It's an A6 but I know how to do it. What I'm looking for is something in writing where the process is described. Would I find it in AllData or a repair manual?

looks like in 07 gm changed ignition mode operation. if i understand right you hold mode switch in acc position until entire vehicle turns on without engine running? is this how your s works? i found this in service info. i am a gm tech. if you go to your chevy dealer and ask them to print document #2476470 that is where i read this info at.
