Default Bad Maf??? Code p0106

C6 LS2, VR SC1 , Mild cam and tune, Headers,PCV Oil catch can.

vehicle was tuned in 60F weather a few months ago by a reputable tuner.

On cold mornings ie 28F car fires up fine, once the choke cuts out rpms drop idles rough as it should be with a mild cam, under acceleration car runs fine once i let off and throw the car in N and coast to a light i see rpms drop to approx 200 or less then jump to 1200 it will scavenge like this for approx 4 secs then stabilize, one morning fired up the car and instantly got a horrible idle almost like its misfiring then service TCS AH etc all came on dash light up like a xmas tree, i then discon batt and contin on never got it again until occasionally it seems like after filing up with gas it seems to be common it only has happened twice when rolling up to a stop light after coasting in N revs would spike then drop and then the misfiring would begin i have to shutdown discon batt and refire it up. then once morning after leaving work, started it up and the choke kicked in as normal but within 20 secs the car had an even worse scaveging effect than usual rpms from 900-1400 constantly, then received a CEL with p0106 MAF barometric etc, I have been able to purposely trigger the service TCS AH msg with the misfiring by plugging the Intake side of my PCV hose with my finger for a few seconds would my Catch can have anything to do with that the can is relatively empty as well as the filter into the can seems clean. any insight would be great.
thanks

Sounds like you need to find a better tuner. P0106 is a MAP sensor code, not MAF. It's typical with cammed vehicles. You may have a vacuum leak, but it's hard to say with the information in your post.

FYI, there's no choke on these.
