I don't personally have one, but I debated between the InTune and the Trinity: I wound up going with a resold InTune at less than half the cost and am relatively happy with it. IMHO, the features of the Trinity are more of a "Oh, that's neat" kind of thing that will quickly lose interest - unless you're the kind of guy that wants a doo-dad mounted on the dash to display a certain guage (or shift light) for hoots and hollars.
For being able to upload tunes, tweak a few parameters and to datalog your vehicle - the InTune gets the job done at a much more affordable price. Just boils down to what you really want to do with the device.
I will say they seem to sell a lot of them, so you might want to check out Amazon.com reviews or do a google search for post-purchase thoughts from real consumers.

If you were planning to fill your interior with $1000's of dollars worth of gauges, the $600 Trinity suddenly becomes an incredible Bargain. If you are simply looking for a device to transfer tunes to/from your PCM and do some occasional logging/code reading, the inTune is the tool for you

As for the $600 price, IMO, is high.
Remember the trinity is good on a whole host of vehicles. I bought mine, to use on a 2011 GS, from a Jeep dealer for $500.
I am not saying don't buy it, but look around. Use your computer to search for the best deal.
If you are wondering why I sold mine, well, I decided to start doing mods to my car and didn't want to have to flip through so many screens to get things straight, not to mention I really didn't get into most of the things it could do. In the end I went with a pro tuner using HP tuners, and my mod list is still growing.
again, these are MY personal preferences... other people like the smaller intune better (it's the size of a credit card), and having to hold it or lay it on the seat may be no big deal to them... but for me, for my personal preferences, I like my Trinity better...
So, it's up to you :-)
I sell both the inTune and Trinity programmers, and I also offer a package deal for them that includes my custom tuning at a reduced rate, so you'd save $$. Here's info:
inTune:

Trinity:

and with the custom tune, you'll gain even better/quicker throttle response & acceleration, stronger/harder pull, smoother & quicker power delivery throughout the rpms, etc... and sometimes, maybe even a little better gas mileage - if you can keep your foot out of it! hahaha...
