Headers!
I would like to run headers without a tune. Would I just need to
some how clear the CEL i'm sure would result? I have a scanner so I look at the tune data.
This would be on a 2006 Z06.

I have run headers with the stock tune & catless at that for awhile like some others on here and without a CEL in my case because I added some O2 eliminators, etc. (go by different names) so the rear factory O2 sensors would read "within" spec. This worked for me, in my case the Predator tune I added later was for more snap/crackle/and pop.

This header install had the O2 eliminators from the start (not shown) and no codes until the lean codes which was not due to the headers but the aftermarket air filter which is not on the car now. Aftermarket filter showed no real improvement at the track for me.
