Not something anyone would recommend to their worst enemy...
Avoid the too good to be true ebay junk. Anyone claiming much more than 20-25 rwhp on a bone stock vehicle from a tune is pushing it, and those things are not actually tunes at all.
For the most part you're getting a few resistors that you wire up to trick the IAT sensor or something similar.
