What is it you are looking to find out specifically?
Firmness adjustments are entirely based on user preference, so thats something you can play with to see what you like/prefer.

Are the canned tunes documented or are they considered proprietary?

I guess that answers my question. I was curious as how I would be able to see what parameters are changed and what the new values are versus stock.

you can't... unless, like Mike said, you use tuning software to read out the tune from the pcm and compare it to your stock original tune..
