So im having an intermittent Traction Control Light coming on. I have Auto Enginuity Scanner and the GM upgrade. No codes are being read but the light will come on randomly and say service handling system. It will trigger when i hit the button to turn it off, randomly when im driving, or randomly when i start the car up. Today i was fiddling around checking stuff out with the scanner going through all the features and test charts while i was sitting in place looking at the laptop then i hear the dinging and it came up. Tried to pull codes but nothing it only pulls the damn annoying P0463 which isnt the sending units because i replace both and checked all the wiring at the tanks/ rear of the car. Anyways this trac control DTC is driving me nuts. I have an early 05 vette build date is aug or oct of 04 if that helps any. Thanks

Are you able to read the EBCM (Electronic Brake control Module) with the scan tool ? Do you have a service manual that shows all the supported sensors ? You should also be able to read the gauges and check if the TC light should be lit based on the setting. There should be a sensor for the gauges with Auto enginuity scan tool.
How 'bout filling your profile in and tell us what model and year, etc., was under the impression it was a '53 Blue Flame Six model worth a million $!
I HOPE I DIDN'T WASTE A POST HERE!
If you read the post it you would see that i stated it was an Early 2005 with a build date in 2004. I did forget to mention it was a base model non Z51. Second if you still are in the Air Force which i am assuming because if your pic its nice to know how you treat a fellow Airman. Im sure you know how busy it can get being in and im busy trying to fix my car, go to college full time, and work. Really don't have time to fiddle around with with the profile until i have some time.

Yes, it takes alot of time to work full time and go to school.
I told the USAF that I could starve better on the outside and I completed my education and I am a rtired accountant. Never missed the Air Force, only helped pay for some of my tuition, not all of it. Yes, I did starve better, but it was an learning experience. I didn't like the "lifers" who couldn't hold a real job in the real world, they treated them different from the officers who missed a promotion and they were discharged, not the same for the enlistd airman.
