In the aeroforce manual you can find a list of all supported pids. I am not 100% sure but I believe these pids would be available to other scanners too.
I ran into the same thing when I got Dashcommand. Making a gauge page was much easier. In the app I think there is a setting that will show you a list of all available PIDs. I got mostly all basic ones I needed to work. AFR was a little tricky, I was only able to get CALC.AFR_COMMANDED(:1) to work.
Be careful if you leave the scanner in the car. I bought teh PLX wifi2 and for some reason if I leave it plugged in and exit the vehicle it disables my whole elctrical system and I have to us the physical key to get into the vehicle from the cargo area.
Dash command offers enhanced GM PID's for the app as well. To get them you have to enter your vette as 2009 or older (I have a '13 and it works fine as '09) and purchase them for however much they cost (don't remember right now). They should have a section on their site which explains what is included in that package.
I haven't tested them because my OBD interface (gopoint bt1) wasn't compatible with the GMLAN system and couldn't read enhanced PID's. I returned it and will order either an obd link wifi or a kiwi2 wifi to replace it. From messing around in the app it looks like it definitely covers all the basics (oil pressure, temp, etc), plus who knows what else.
They must have just recently came out with the GM add-on. I sure hope it works well! I just purchased it for $10.00 and have the kiwi2. I'll let y'all know how well it works.
