Default Tech 2 Help Needed:

I have a "Vetronix" (Not a Clone) Tech 2 that has the PCMCIA card to 2013, and the VCI module to 2007. Will the present "Delco" "Tech 2 and Service Programming Package" update the tool to at least about 2013? Also, is there access to a "Tis2Web" program for updating that would be compatible with Windows XP or 7-64 bit? I have the "Tis 2000" disc which seems to be good for the old Windows 98, but won't go into the XP or W 7. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Unfornately the cheapest option to obtain the "Tech 2 Diagnostic software update" costs $750. I contacted vendor Gene Cully a few years ago and paid him around $100 to update mine for me.

Hi, I uploaded my TIS2000, on Windows XP, you can also access TIStoWeb, $20 for three days, that should be ok on Windows 7. I have limited use on this, but I'm learning... My software is 33.002, purchased my Tech2 from China, glad I did... I'm sure there are some smart people here, on Tech2 programing that would be glad to help you.

Thanks for the reply. In the mean time I went into the Tis2Web and downloaded the 33 004 update. Everything is working great on Windows 7 now. I'm amazed at how much can be done with the Tech 2. In fact, one sure needs to be careful and not get into trouble.
