Default Nitrous tune problems

Good morning forum, so a while back I decided to go the nitrous route with my 07 LS2 A6. I got a pretty good deal on a NX plate kit so I was happy. The car has LG super pros, B&B bullets, Vararam, ported throttle body/manifold, NGK BR7EF plugs and a 150 shot. I was hoping for a decent base run considering the last dyno session (land and sea dyno) showed 389hp and I had since ported the intake. On the first all motor run, the dynojet dyno ended up showing 370/371. Oh well, every dyno is different, not upset. After a little tuning and turning on the juice, the nitrous pull netted 436/503. To me the torque looked about right, but a gain of only 66 horsepower seemed really off to me even through an automatic transmission. I mean come on, it's jetted for a 150 shot. Well the tuner assured me that the motor is running healthy and that the missing horsepower was most likely gobbled up by the torque converter due to the surge of power. So I bought it. Until I saw this write up on SuperChevy...

Then I got a little aggravated... You're telling me that a STOCK vette can pick up 144 horses but mine with full intake and exhaust is only yielding 66? Could someone please tell me what gives?

In the pictures below, you can see my previous and current setup. The kit originally included 20" braided lines for everything except the nitrous feed line. Since fuel was being fed by my fuel rail, there was a lean spike which can be seen on the graph below. I've since remedied that by running hardlines and shortening the fuel feed to only 5". The SOTP assessment is that the spike is gone, but I can't feel any difference in power.
