No. Have it disabled or live with it--common with aftermarket cats.

I just got this code as well but I'm stock. It's "low cat efficiency bank X" or something like that. I can't remember which bank though. It definitely won't hurt gas mileage, power, or reliability and is just an emissions thing.
The cat is starting to lose efficiency but hasn't completely failed, or the O2 sensor behind it might also be starting to fail which can also throw this code. If you're tuned, just remove the code in the tune like others have said. Don't take it to the dealer with aftermarket headers and cats.

I will add that TX also allows for 1 not ready to pass.

They can be disabled totally in a way that will not show up at all.
