Default Winter tuning

Is it OK to tune when it's cold or should I wait till things warms up?

The ECM has the capacity to compensate for changes in temperature, elevation, etc. but tuning under unusually severe conditions is probably unwise.

Pretty much. It should adjust no problem but I mean I wouldn't want to tune one in -20* temps then go straight to somewhere it's 100* and start racing or anything that extreme.
