Default Is mail tune acceptable for headers only A6

I see they run around 150 vs 500 for dyno. If i cam i will dyno but im not worried about numbers now. Just want that check engine light off and maybe some transmission tunning. Any vendors want to chime in.

IMO, it can be, depending on who you use

I know ECS offers mail order tuning, I'd talk to them

The downside is that the transmission tuning cannot be done without a hand held programmer. By the time you pay for that device you're better off just getting an actual dyno tune.

Seeing you are from GA I would see the guys at Vengeance racing.

Exactly what Doug said. Driveability/transmission tuning really needs to be done while logging each individual car. Even a simple street tune works well for this. We offer these for $325 on a basic street tune for a C6 (no dyno time) to get your codes cleared and work the trans tuning.
