Replaced my bcm now what do I do.can I send me one off for programming?

Default Replaced my bcm now what do I do.can I send me one off for programming?
Had to get another bcm water damage is there anyway besides dealer to program or is there anywhere I can send the new one off to b program to my car? Thanks
