Default DS Intune i3 license/registering issues

After buying 2nd GM license from Ignition, & trying to download to the i3, the unit gets unexpected error occurred message, says it must reboot, & can't get out of this cycle- 100% of the 8-10 times that I've attempted, on both my Mac & Windows7 laptop... anyone experienced this, & any resolution?

I think your mac is the culprit here. I have seen similar behavior with others who connected to a mac. If you have access to a PC, Id suggest using that.

Can you email me the info.xml file from the i3 drive?

Same behavior on my PC Windows 7... and yes, I'll be happy to send the xml file. FYI, I also couldn't register via the DS site, I'd sign up, send the form in & never got a confirmation email with the activation code, so couldn't even enter my issue in the DS Forums... pretty frustrating all around.

Thank you very much, tune loaded & all good.

This type of support was why I went with Diablosport, and in my opinion well worth the $$ spent. Would, & will, recommend to others...

Just wanted to add additional kudos to DS...
I bought a 2nd tune license for my Tahoe, even with the truck's issue with the MAF, Mike L tirelessly helped until everything was perfect.

Please DO NOT HESITATE TO USE DIABLOSPORT... they stand behind their products & the support is exceptional, which to me is as important as the products themselves!!
