Computer shut down half way to load in a tune

Hello, was at my tuner yesterday. But when he was on the way loading a new tune into the car the computer died and only half the tune got in. What to do ?
Maybe the ecm are burnt?

Your tuner should be advising you, did he not tell you if your computer was working or bricked? But if he says it's bricked, I feel bad for your luck.
