Default Engine codes

I have had nary a problem but today I got a check engine codes of PO154 - HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank Sensor 1 AND PO174 - Fuel Mixture Imbalance. My diagnostic report says the 1st one could cause major damage to me or the vehicle. Anyone have any ideas? 22000 miles and 2013 stock, except for mild to wild exhaust remote.

Probably just a bad O2 sensor.

I had bought a FIXD engine code device and I cancelled codes and turned off mild to wild exhaust (remote - replaces the fuse that changes exhaust), (back to mild) has not shown up again. Maybe that was affecting the engine running sensors running in wild (loud) all the time.
