Default I am running out of ideas.

Introduction:LS3 with a ProCharger PS1 compressor. Initially I had some tunes with the stock MAP which was working decent. The my tuner advised me to change to the 3 bar ZR1 Map sensor which I did, adding three more working tunes. I use a SCT X3 Programmer.

Now I have a problem with the installation with the 3 bar MAP, where the power level seems off. I also see a 15% increased fuel consumption at highway speed, compared to when it was working. I have a new MAF as well as MAP sensor and I have not found any vacuum leaks.
The old tune with the stock MAP seems to work fine, regarding power, behavior and fuel consumption and it is only with the new MAP and tuning I face the problem.
On highway speed I have a vacuum of 18-20 on the gauge and air/fuel ratio reads a stable 14.7:/1 reading.

Do anyone of you have any idea what to look for next in order to find the fault?
Can the tune or possibly the stock tune be corrupted of maybe it is time to replace the programmer?

Ideas, please?

Default

You need to change the linear and offset values for the new 3 bar map sensor in your tune

Default Thanks Irok!

The tunes used with the 3 bar MAP was modified and the vehicle have been working fine with a previous 3 bar sensor.
The change to a new 3 bar MAP sensor was done to rule out this as the source of the problem.
