160 stat 08' Corvette
I installed a 160 stat in my 2008 procharged vette. Runs 180 cruising, but when im idling it climbs to 230ish. Never went this high with the oem stat. I dont think the fans are coming on and when they do the temp drops. The fan speed from 192 was adjusted when it was tuned. Any reason the fans wouldn't be kicking on at idle ?

Also, there is a larger fan control module that the wires in the connector can be damaged.

The settings were done by Patg and do not exceed 90%. It almost seems if the fans are not consistent on when they want to turn on. Purge the cooling system again see how it goes. Car is lower miles too.
