you can't do anything about the DRL's... those have nothing at all to do with the ECM... those would be part of the BCM - body control module - which tuning software cannot access or do anything to...
Only dealer-level scan tools/software could access that, but a dealer won't do anything either, since DRL's are a federally mandated safety thing...

Geez that's garbage. DRL's are such a waste of a bulb. I've disabled them on my Tacoma and RAV. I just cut a wire for the sensor and wrapped electrical tape over it. No more DRL's.

When you get any cam your car will require a tune. Not for chop but for proper air/fuel mixture and driving characteristics. The chop comes by nature with an aggressive cam and the tune doesn't cause it.
When I say you can fake a chop, I am referring to not changing the cam at all and changing some timing settings to give you a "chop" as if you had an actual aggressive cam. Idle adaptive spark control overspeed/underspeed can be abused to make your car "chop" as if you had a cam. it's silly, but it can be done. I also think it's silly that people spend so much money on a cam swap chasing "chop" so they can post videos of their car idling
Explain? Everything I'm seeing shows cam chop is all in the tune and safe to do.
I suggest you should do alot more research as this statement just quite the lack of understanding on performance items and how they work with cause / effect.
As stated, "Ghost Cams" via tunes are one of the top dumbest things to ever be done and would be on same level as alot of the Newer SEMA builds.

I see. I have a Mamo Stage 2 cam that is going in once my Mamo Stage 2 heads arrive. I'm not about adding fake chop to a factory camshaft.
