Default Tune Settings?

My car goes to the shop next month for heads/cam/intake (Stage 2 heads and cam).

2009 Z06.

RPM Limiter - 7200 rpms

Turn off Daytime Running Lights

Speed Limiter Off

Fan Control Settings to come on early to keep things at 185° F.

Anything else that needs to be turned off? Turned on? that I should inform my tuner at the shop?

I am just trying to cover all my bases here.

What's wrong with DRLs? You could disable CAGS if not done already. You shouldn't have to tell your tuner anything really, this is what they do.

I don't see any need to waste the life of a bulb to run them during the day time. I always hated that feature. If I need lights on, I'll turn them on.

I already installed the CAGS Eliminator this morning. So too late on that.

I just didn't know if there was anything else special that needed to be turned off.

Depends on your goals. You can turn off lots of stuff, but do you want to?

Not aware of a "speed limiter" on the Z06's. (Other than thrust equalling drag, that is.)

Have your fan percentages triggered at lower temps?

Request that you want a smooth transition from "on-off-back on" the throttle. This reduces that "springy" feeling you get in turns.

Enjoy your cammed car.

Thank you on the throttle tip and for enjoying the car.
