you have to take off the entire fender and there is three bolts under the wheel well. i think there 12mm. Be carefull the fender can get scratched very easy.

no, its a pain in the a*# to put back on. You will have to remove three bolts right were they connect, near the amber parking light on the bumper. one more thing you will need, the a tamper set(speacial sockets) to take the screws off the fender. you can find that at any discount or pep boys.
