Update: Defective FSU
Several of us apparently have had our FSU's (left side) replaced after having our fuel gauges go dead. I had mine replaced at 800 miles. I'm now at 2200 miles with no further problems. I have also been using only Chevron 91 octane gas at the suggestion of other forum members. I previously used any 91 octane gas, mostly Costco. I'm glad I have not had any further problems but can't say if it was the FSU, gas or combination of both which originally caused the problem.
